Hours of operation: 8:30 – 5:00, Monday – Friday, closed weekends and holidays.

If you need assistance with immigration issues, please call the Dallas office at 972-870-7460. If you are trying to reach the Border Patrol Office or an ICE duty agent, call 806-373-8926.

If you are a pilot needing landing rights, you must speak directly to the port director and make arrangements prior to 4:00 Friday for a weekend arrival.

Any person needing a passport must visit the post office on Ross.

Signature Aviation

Signature Aviation is the fixed base operator (FBO) who provides all ground handling services and aircraft fuel sales to general aviation and military traffic at Rick Husband International Airport in Amarillo. In additional to fuel sales, Signature Aviation provides into-plane services (transfer of fuel from a central fuel farm to aircraft) for all commercial airlines at the airport and leases hangar space to general aviation tenants and aircraft maintenance providers.

Having been in operation at AMA since 1993, Signature Aviation has become a frequent stop for military and private aircraft making mid-continent fuel stops, providing a boost to both the airport and local economy.
